Refund Logic
At SwiftData, we work hard to deliver your data as quickly as possible — typically within 30 minutes. Because data bundles are digital goods sent directly to your phone, please read our refund policy carefully before buying.
1. Execution Accuracy
Because data bundles are sent directly to your phone after a successful payment, we cannot reverse transactions if a wrong phone number is provided. Please double-check your phone number before completing your purchase.
2. API Fallbacks & Failures
If authorization is successful via Paystack, but the target node fails to receive the payload due to a telecom network timeout or an internal API failure, the transaction will be flagged. The user is entitled to a full manual reversal or re-execution.
If non-delivery persists beyond 600 seconds (10 minutes), deploy a ticket via the Support terminal with the Transaction Ref.
3. Reversal Processing
Approved reversals are mathematically routed back to the original funding source. System propagation takes between 3 to 7 business days, strictly contingent upon the user's financial institution's processing cycles.
